Lets talk about smiles now.

Whilst daydreaming of our never ending thoughts we have come to realize how important a smile is and how quickly people notice a charming one. It's a huge deal if someone compliments a smile in our opinion, because your spreading, love, kindness, and positively and a world without the three essentials results in a life that is just too dark.

Sunshine is important. The rays it emits, the different shades of yellow, all so bright and sunny! Sunshine lead us to believing and hoping to make our fluff Puff dreams come true.

Follow us on twitter @AsmawZainab to know more about what makes us smile so wide. We *heart* #Widesmiles

We recently purchased an @Ownacolor in aid with UNICEF to help change a child's life! Now thats something that's registered as a #Widesmile

Post #4: Even a doll can sit in style ...

On the 15th of March, 2010

Over 50 plush dolls, originally designed by Arwa Fuad Bukhash, had been made into a wave of interesting art objects. These plush figures, cut and hand stuffed, were soon altered by local professional and emerging artists.

The fundraiser that was organized by Zayed University Art students was put into action for two reasons:

1. to help realize a gallery for students
2. to support student exhibitions at Zayed Unviersity.

The event took place at the Bastakiya Art Fair, house 34, from 6pm.
Guests could take home their very own, unique, artists designed plush doll who's named would be revealed after the purchase.

The story behind our plush is quite simple.

We saw the plush and asked ourselves how can we make it look prettier and link it to who we are as designers. As soon as we decided to work on it, we saw a kimono girl with funky eyes, nose and lips wearing a dress made to reflect our brand which is colorful, fun, and girly always in details. We created the exact same dresses for the plush that we created for our brand and now, we see the things we would want to wear now put on a doll with crazy hair of course and sparkling eyes.

For us as fashionista's as well as designers we find it important to play with fashion, have fun, be quirky, take risks and maybe in late in the years laugh at what we created and ask ourselves did we really create that!

Our plush is a model that wear our clothing with full confidence and is not going to be stopped by any fashion police.

Post #3: When we went shopathon-ing!!

With all our projects falling at the same time we were on a tight deadline however, we never once thought that we should let an opportunity like this slip.

-------

When our blackberry had that blinking red alert we quickly checked our emails, and a grin appeared on our faces.

"So are we doing this?" said Z
"I think it's a great opportunity." replied A
"I knew you'd say that!" Z smiled.

We had set our minds to take part in Sauce's annual shopathon!!!

---------

From step 1 of planning the collection to step 10 of finishing it on time the hard work was worth it!

It was a romantic collection with easy cuts and beautiful french lace!

Pst #2: What led us here..

Our creations are EXACTLY how we dress ourselves.

The fact is... it's always on the EXTREME side, over the TOP, far from ordinary and over accessorized with details leaving an unforgettable first impression. We seek to create pieces you will never find and you never imagined you will ever find! That's what our brand is about!

Our S*ucy Story...

Whenever we would step foot into S*uce, we had this dream of one day selling our garments in a store that we relate to.

This happened when a mistake of a marvelous design lead us to bigger and better opportunities.

When we signed up for S*uce's Annual design a dress competition in October 2009, little did we know that we had not exactly followed the guidelines they sent us...

They say, there is a reason behind everything.
This proved the saying right.

Pst #1: Back in the days...

Once upon a time...there were two young dreamers, who had set their minds to build their dreams around their passion, and that passion was fashion.

When opportunities hit their door step, Asma wa Zainab, two best friends were ready to start composing thoughts, idea's and inspirations and turning their creativity into action.

And there is where their story began, of hoping, striving, and believing that with persistence, dreams can come true.

For these exhibitions, the girls created everything by themselves from scratch to finish.
Mostly everything was hand made with love.
